Natalie joined UKCM in January 2018 initially as an Assistant Case Manager, progressing to Service Manager in 2019, and Registered Manager in November 2021 when UKCM achieved CQC registration.
Natalie has over 19 years experience working in the Health and Social Care industry. During this time she has acquired extensive knowledge and working experience of CQC regulations and requirements.
She has extensive knowledge of services, equipment, and therapies available to clients both within the private and statutory sectors. Natalie is passionate about advocating for others to ensure they receive the highest standards of care and service possible.
Natalie is the UK Case Management appointed First Aider and Mental Health First Aider.
