Case Manager

Jess joined UKCM as an Assistant Case Manager in January 2021, and has since worked her way up to the role of Case Manager.

Jess’ educational background is in psychology, and throughout her degree she focused her research on the impact of animal therapy on physiological stress responses.

Since leaving university, Jess has worked within the neuro-rehabilitation sector supporting clients living with acquired brain injuries and most recently developed and co-ordinated a befriending project for socially isolated and vulnerable elderly clients. Throughout this experience, Jess has developed and implemented various therapeutic strategies in order to support clients’ needs, whilst working in multi-disciplinary teams.

Jess has knowledge of both statutory and private support and has a real passion for helping those overcome adversity.

Jess is a Member of the British Association of Brain Injury and Complex Case Management (BABICM).
