We asked Jess a few fun and insightful questions to get to know her better. Here’s what she had to say:

"I was brought up from a young age to drive diggers and dumpers!" 

 

🏆 What makes UKCM stand out among other Case Management companies? 

"We're names, not just numbers! Our clients are welcomed into our UKCM community. They know they can pick up the phone to any of us and we're ready to help. We're responsive and dedicated to our clients and their families during the most difficult times and their most happy times. Seeing a client achieve their goals is heartwarming and reinforces why Case Management is such a rewarding (albeit challenging) career!" 

 

🎤 What’s your go-to joke and karaoke song? 

"I have two go-to karaoke songs (you'll either be a lover or a hater!). They are Love Machine by Girls Aloud or Believe by Cher! I'm not sure I can disclose my go-to joke online—it may get me cancelled 😉" 

 

🧠 How do you approach difficult problems at work? 

"The challenges in case management can be extremely diverse. My recommendation is to look from the outside in. What is causing the difficulties and is there anything we can do immediately to support with this, or do we need to make small goals to change the bigger picture? For some difficulties we need to be reactive and for others we can be proactive, but use your team. A problem shared is a problem halved!"
