Case Manager

We have a vacancy for an individual with a flexible, open-minded and creative approach and a qualification in occupational therapy, social work, nursing, physiotherapy or a related field. A full driving licence with access to a car for business use and a minimum of two years experience in case management are essential criteria for applicants. You would be based at our Hawkhills office in Easingwold, York.

We are also looking for experienced Case Managers in the North West, to work from our Oldham office.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9 – 5.30pm

Salary:  Negotiable dependent upon experience
